Important EASA Update: Part-147 Syllabus Changes Effective 13 February 2026
AMC and GM to Part-66 — Issue 2, Amendment 9 refers
EASA has published Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/111, introducing significant changes to the Part-66 Basic Training Syllabus.
These amendments will take effect on 13 February 2026, and all EASA-approved training organisations will be required to update their basic training curricula, examination content, and associated documentation to remain compliant.
We understand that regulatory change can be disruptive and time-consuming, but you do not need to manage this transition alone.
At Total Training Support Ltd, we have completed a detailed review of Regulation (EU) 2025/111 and prepared the necessary updates to support our customers through a smooth, compliant transition.
We can provide fully revised, “drop-in” training materials, customised to your organisation, including:
- Training Manuals – MS Word with PDF and PowerPoint add-ons
- Multiple-choice examination questions – TXT / MS Word / Excel
- Workbooks – MS Word / PDF (student version) and PowerPoint (instructor version)
All materials are designed for seamless integration into your existing training structure, minimising disruption to your current programmes and approvals.

Module 11.8 Fire protection (ATA 26)
Upgraded from Level 1 to Level 3 for B1.1
This is also addressed in the Corrigendum II to Decision 2023/019/R
Check this chapter in your Module 11 B1.1 Training Manual.

If you purchased the Module 11 B1.1 Training Manual from TTS in 2025, we likely provided it at Level 3 because we knew it was an EASA error and that they would correct it.
- Even though the Objectives page says “Level 1”, the content may be Level 3 already. If your Chapter 11.8 is 100 pages, it is already Level 3 – all you need to do is amend the Objectives table on Page 2 of the chapter.
- If your Chapter 11.8 is only 48 pages, it is Level 1. You need to get an update.
If you need the upgrade, we will replace your current Chapter 11.8 with the Level 3 100-page version:
- Microsoft Word – Customised per your organisation design template £30
- Add PDF + PPT +£30
- Entire Module 11 Full book PDF +£30
- Add some Multiple Choice questions at Level 3 for 11.8 Fire Protection (up to 10 available)? £4 each (txt/MSWord/Excel)
Module 13.4
Microwave Landing Systems (MLS) added

MLS was not included in Regulation (EU) 2023/989. It is added to 13.4 now!
(See Corrigendum II to Decision 2023/019/R)
Licence category B2 – Level 3
Check your Module 13.4 training manual. If MLS is missing from there, you need an update.
We will replace your current Chapter 13.4, complete with MLS.
- Microsoft Word – Customised per your organisation design template £30
- Add PDF + PPT +£30
- Entire Module 13 Full book PDF +£40
- Add some Multiple Choice questions for MLS (up to 14 available)? £4 each (txt/MSWord/Excel)
Module 14.1 (d)
Electric and hybrid power plants and auxiliary systems
The words “and auxiliary systems” have been added to the title of this Submodule.
There is no additional content to add to your existing 14.1(d), as “auxiliary systems” is already included (Distributed propulsion, Boundary layer ingestion, Thermal management, Power control, Energy storage, Cockpit indication).
Most customers can make this edit to the MS Word (editable) version of the Subsection document themselves. However, if you would like us to add this text to your customised Submodule, we can do so.
- Microsoft Word – Customised per your organisation design template £30
- Add PDF + PPT +£30
- Entire Module 14 Full book PDF +£40
